LIMITED WARRANTY
Seazons warrants their products to the original retail purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects for the useful life specified below as measured from the date of purchase: All implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty on this product or part of the product in question.
WOVEN
RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANY
Seazons warrants its woven products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
ALUMINUM AND STAINLESS STEEL FRAMES
RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Seazons warrants is aluminum and stainless steel frames to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
FABRIC
RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS: THREE YEAR LIMITED WARRANY
Seazons warrants its fabrics against defects considered unserviceable as a result of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals, provided the product has been properly maintained. The warranty also does not apply against deterioration of any kind due to abusive use, accidental burns, negligence, vandalism, perforations or acts of God. If replaced, we agree to use the original color/pattern, if available. A similar color/pattern will be used if the original has been discontinued.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not include failures or damage due to:
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance
- Misuse, negligence, alteration, abuse or accidents
- Normal fading
- Scratches or chipping of paint or finish
- Routine wear on items such as wheels, glides, or moving parts
- Damages caused in-transit by freight carrier
- Acts of nature
CARE INSTRUCTIONS Seazons suggest you use the following cleaning instructions:
FABRIC CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS - Seazons’s fabric should be cleaned regularly to prevent excessive dirt from accumulating. Simply brush off any loose dirt and rinse with lukewarm water. To clean, use a solution of mild natural soap in lukewarm water (not exceeding 100° F). Rinse thoroughly to remove excess soap. DO NOT USE DETERGENTS.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE – For best protection, routine maintenance should be performed two to three times per year using a mild soap with a soft cloth followed with a generous rinsing with clear water.
