TERMS:

Wholesale: Prepayment unless credit is approved in advance Container Only: 30% upon Order, Balance @ Shipment
DELIVERY:

All delivery dates provided by our Customer Service personnel are approximate and subject to conditions beyond our control.
FREIGHT:

All freight charges for wholesale sales are F.O.B the factory and will be paid by the buyer. All freight charges for container are paid by the buyer directly to the overseas freight company.
TRANSIT DAMAGE:

Seazons takes great pride in ensuring all goods shipped are without defects or damages. Should you find damage to the package or contents upon delivery we ask that you do the following. Please contact your Customer Service Representative after carefully inspecting all items and noting any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). The dealer is responsible to file a claim for transit damage (visible or concealed) with the freight carrier within 10 days.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:

We at Seazons pride ourselves in our quick delivery. After receipt of order, a copy of each acknowledged order will be e-mailed (or mailed if no e-mail is provided) to the dealer. We ask that you take the time to immediately check the acknowledgement for accuracy and call your Customer Service Representative in the event of an error.
RETURNS / REPAIRS:

Should an item require a repair, we ask that you contact your Customer Service Representative BEFORE making a local repair or returning the item for repair. You must obtain written authorization before repairs or returns can be made.
WARRANTY:

We ask that all warranties come through the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased. After discussions with our Customer Service Representative and it is decided that servicing is necessary and cannot be performed locally to the dealer. Seazons will absorb all transportation cost between the factory and the dealer.
CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Special orders cannot be cancelled after order is entered into production.
